Solar Energy


Materials:



  1.  4x cups
  2.  Water
  3.  Tin foil
  4.  2 sheets of white paper
  5.  1 sheet of black paper
  6. Thermometer
  7. 1 large cup
  8. 1 heat lamp

Steps

  1.   place 1 cup on black paper , white paper , white paper with 2 cups , tin foil
    1.  make sure that on one of the white papers you have 2 cups 1 cup small and 1 cup large
  2.  fill the small cup with water and put the large cup onto the small cup
  3.  heat the water up with the heat lanton first try heat it up for 45 minutes then check the temperature then heat it up again but for 60 minutes and do the same thing like you did with the 45 minutes then you do 75 minutes.
  4.   after checking the temperature scale it on your device
  5. then write a conclusion

Conclusion

At the start the water was 12'c  and then the water started rising as you can see on the tally. My group and I all think that the reason why the water temperature rise went high was because we were sitting next to a window and also because we were sitting right under a light.
