An Orchestra is a group of musicians that play in front of a stage just on a lower level with instruments like one combining string ,  Woodwind , Brass and Percussion. They mainly play classical music.

What is a Woodwind?

A woodwind is a pretty cool instrument they are used in some movies and they are really fun to use. All woodwinds used to be made out of wood but now they are used out of metal and plastic. You also have to blow into them to make them work.

What is a Brass?

A brass instrument is a musical instrument that produces sound by sympathetic vibration of air in a tubular resonator in sympathy with the vibration of the player's lips.

What is a One Combining String?

Some types of string instruments are mainly plucked, such as the harp and the electric bass. In the Hornbostel-Sachs scheme of musical instrument classification.

what is a percussion instrument?

Percussion instruments are instruments that you use sticks for example (with drums you need sticks and your feet for the instrument to be able to be used.) There are many percussion instruments that can be used in so many ways if you use your imagination.

Famous Musicians

Lady Gaga was known for her sound and her style growing up but her standing out meant getting bullied as a child.

She was born and raised in New York Mathantin.

Someone heard her in the changing rooms and took her under their wing and then she became a famous singer.

What I really like about singing is that I can do what I love with my friends and can preform and be the best me.

I have been singing since I was 2 years old and still am on this day.

My Investigation

Aim: To look at how I can prevent climate change in the future.

changes that you can make to stop Climate change?

1.   Drinking tap water
2.   Cycling
3.   Unplugging my electronic devices when not in use
4. Not using plastic straws/bags
5.  Reusing paper bags instead of wasting them and letting deforestation continue
6.  Plant more trees
7.  Not have takeaways all the time
8.  Have home cooked meals more often
9.   Eat less meat
10.   Not polluting the air with Carbon Dioxide and Carbon Monoxide
11. Not kill animals just for the fun of it
12. Use Solar power to heat food/rapping it in tin foil and let it heat up

14. Walk more often instead of taking the bus or car

16. Don't buy things I want but only buy things I need

What we are doing in C.I.P

Today in C.I.P Mya , Kody , Jessie , Kalea and Me all went with mark and cut some dead branches off of trees so that it wouldn't kill the whole tree.
We also made sure that all branches were not broken and if we came across a branch that was broken we would have to cut it off.
Mark made sure that we weren't pulling the branches off that were broken or it will rip and infect the rest of the tree.
Mark gave us four words that started with D and here they are....
Damaged , Diseased , Dead and Deranged. Those were all of the four D words.
Our aim for what we are doing with the trees is to make sure that all the trees and plants grow healthy and grow nice and ripe fruit to eat.
We are also getting rid of all the diseases that we can possibly find in the trees and plants.

1.   Label All 3 Bottles

5.  Place 1 Cup Of Manure In The Manure Bottle  
6.   Place 1 Cup Of Manure And Vegetable peelings In The Bottle with vegetable peelings as the label

Definition:

food they have eaten and produced into manure/poo

Research: Bio Gas is produced by agricultural waste, manure, municipal waste, plant material, sewage, green waste or food waste.

Research:Ethanol is produced from biomass mostly via a fermentation process using glucose derived from sugars
On an industrial scale, methanol is predominantly produced from natural gas by reforming the gas with steam and then converting and distilling the resulting synthesised gas mixture.

Materials:

1.  4x cups
2.  Water
3.  Tin foil
4.  2 sheets of white paper
5.  1 sheet of black paper
6. Thermometer
7. 1 large cup
8. 1 heat lamp

Steps

1.   place 1 cup on black paper , white paper , white paper with 2 cups , tin foil
1.  make sure that on one of the white papers you have 2 cups 1 cup small and 1 cup large
2.  fill the small cup with water and put the large cup onto the small cup
3.  heat the water up with the heat lanton first try heat it up for 45 minutes then check the temperature then heat it up again but for 60 minutes and do the same thing like you did with the 45 minutes then you do 75 minutes.
4.   after checking the temperature scale it on your device
5. then write a conclusion

Conclusion

At the start the water was 12'c  and then the water started rising as you can see on the tally. My group and I all think that the reason why the water temperature rise went high was because we were sitting next to a window and also because we were sitting right under a light.
