During wananga time the year 9's have been working on leaders and what they are good at and what comes with being a leader and here is my opinion on what makes a great leader.
These are some bullet points on what I think makes a leader and what an leader has.

They use their CARR values
Good communication
Understanding
Empathetic
Smart
Listen to their peoples ideas
Know what they want and go for it
Make sure that everybody has an equal right to say
