In the past 3 weeks we have bean learning about mental health and food.
We also learnt about how much sugar and fat there is in types of food and I learnt heaps. I learnt that fruit and vegetables are good for you and food with lots of fat and sugar are bad for you. But some types of fat are good for you. Here are some examples of fats that there is in food.
Bad= Saturated fat
Good= Natural fats
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 9 and in 2021 I will be a year 10. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.
