Charles-worth Reserve day

On Wednesday Al , Wh and Ts went to a place called Charles worth Reserve it was so muddy that some people slipped on the mud.
The reason why we did this was because we need more trees in the world because they provide oxygen for us to breath it also gets rid of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.
How we got there was by one bus and two vans.
What I liked about yesterday was that I was also able to spend some time with friends and we had so much fun.We went there on the 3rd of July witch was not too hot but not too cold.
Our aim for yesterday was to plant the first batch of plants but we planted a lot more we planted just around 170 plants in the time we had.
They were going to put a high school for all the rich people that lived on the hills but instead they put ponds and made it into a wetland for plants and also they planted a whole head of plants that are now just around 600 years old with is a long time. In wet lands when there is salt water in the ponds and there are weeds that are killing the plants the salt water reacts like a weed killer and kills the weeds and lets the plants grow strong and healthy.
Here are some photos of what it was like.

These two photos are ones the teachers took when we got there.

Us getting our shovels and gloves.

This is my partner Nici and I Nici was the one in black.

Here's a photo of me planting my plant.

All done planting looks good.

These were some photos of Andrew the leader teaching us how to get the plant out of the bin it was in and also teaching us how to plant it.

I had so much fun that day and I wish I could repeat it. It was the best.
If you do't know what to put in a comment here is some help.
